Full Stack Storage (FSS) provides this website and software used by independent storage facilities. This policy applies to information FSS handles through those services. Each facility remains responsible for its own rental operations and may process renter information to provide its storage services.

We collect information needed to operate the service, communicate with you, and keep it secure.

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and login details.
• Rental information, such as the facility you select, unit and reservation details, rental documents, and service history.
• Payment-token and transaction information, such as payment method tokens, payment status, amount, and processor transaction identifiers. FSS does not store raw card numbers or bank-account details submitted through a payment provider's secure collection flow.
• Support communications and information you choose to provide when you contact us.
• Device, browser, log, and usage information used to operate, secure, and improve the website and service.

We use information to provide and support the hosted rental and account experience; process and record payments; communicate about reservations, rentals, service, and security; prevent fraud and misuse; meet legal obligations; and maintain and improve our services.

Where FSS provides software to a facility, FSS processes information on behalf of that facility as needed to provide the service. The facility may independently use renter information under its own notices and rental agreement.

FSS uses service providers for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and document or file storage. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to FSS or the applicable facility.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, security, and service operation. We may also use limited analytics to understand website and service use. You can control certain cookies through your browser, though disabling necessary cookies can affect functionality.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods can differ by record type and facility relationship.

For information held for a facility's rental service, we may direct you to that facility. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
