Full Stack Storage (FSS) provides software and hosted web experiences for storage facilities. These Terms govern your use of this website and those hosted experiences. When you rent storage, your agreement is with the named facility, not with FSS unless that facility expressly says otherwise.

A facility-specific rental agreement, payment authorization, and any facility notices govern the storage rental. If they conflict with these website Terms, the facility-specific documents control for that rental.

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use another person's account without permission.
• Do not submit false, fraudulent, or infringing information or use the service in a way that harms FSS, a facility, or another person.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

Rental fees, payment schedules, payment authorizations, refunds, and disputes are governed by the applicable facility's rental agreement and payment terms. By submitting a payment method, you authorize the applicable facility and its payment providers to process authorized charges in accordance with those terms.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact the facility promptly using the contact details in your rental materials. You may also contact FSS support for help with the website or payment experience, but FSS does not replace the facility's dispute process.

FSS and its licensors own the website, software, and related content, except for content owned by a facility or its renters. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary for operations, security, or legal compliance.

To the extent permitted by law, FSS disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. FSS does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.

To the extent permitted by law, FSS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

FSS may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, suspected fraud, misuse, legal requirements, or a violation of these Terms. Ending access to the website does not by itself end a facility rental; rental termination is governed by the facility-specific agreement.

The governing-law and dispute-resolution terms for this website are subject to applicable law and operator-approved terms. Until an approved designation is published, these Terms do not select a jurisdiction or waive any rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them to the extent permitted by law. For legal questions, contact support@fullstackstorage.com.
